How to type these symbols with alt codes
Have you ever wondered, how to type Copyright Symbol, Trademark Symbol, Registered Mark Symbol in Windows or Mac OS X.
It’s not very complicated at all. I will show you a list of Alt Codes for entering Copyright, Trademark, Registered Mark symbols.
On a PC
Make sure that “Number Lock” is switched on.
Copyright Symbol © : Hold down the “Alt” key and type 0169 on the numeric keypad.
Registered Mark Symbol ® : Hold down the “Alt” key and type 169 on the numeric keypad.
Trademark Symbol ™ : Hold down the “Alt” key and type 0153 on the numeric keypad.
On a Mac
Copyright Symbol © : Hold down the “Alt” key and press the “g“.
Registered Mark Symbol ® : Hold down the “Alt” key and press the “r“.
Trademark Symbol ™ : Hold down the “Alt” key and press the “2“.
